Dr Pierini And office staff is AMAZING!!! They took very good care of me. Seriously horrific injury. Great assistance with filling insurance forms and communication with employer. We were treated like family from the first visit. I can’t say enough about Dr. Pierini, Mona & Courtney. Definitely 5 stars all the way!!!

Today I saw Dr Pierini and he was AMAZING! Best bedside manner I have seen in a long time. I was tired and nervous and he put me right at ease. If I could give him 10 stars I would. I hope he loves Texas and stays. His nurse was also great. When it was time to check out Jennifer was also amazing. Usually the billing person at a Dr office is awful but not Jennifer. She was kind, friendly and really nice to deal with. All in all the entire office staff were really friendly and great to deal with. I am so thankful I chose this office. What a blessing!

I am leaving a 5 star review because Dr. Jimenez did an exceptional job and his bed side manners were phenomenal with my son. He was very informative and explained along the way while performing the needed procedure. He helped ease the tension and concerns I had as well. Now, with that said, I have an issue with how the office/ billing was handled. I am asking for more transparency and better communication when handling the insurance and payments. I did not appreciate the discussion being handled in the patient's room, which in my point of view was not professional. I was caught off guard when the MA was speaking about the newly accrued balance. I hadn't even made it to the front desk when payment was being discussed. When I finally did approach the front desk I had a lot of questions because I'm trying to figure out what was going on about the unexpected bill (thinking the specialist co-pay would be the only charge). After a lot of explanations from the front desk I had a better understanding, though finding out at the end of the visit instead of the beginning was uncalled for. One of the ladies said they knew since yesterday about the deductible issue (hence today's billing), which is why I recommend more transparency. I would have like to have been notified yesterday so I would have not been caught off guard today. Please take my recommendation as a positive change to ensure better office performance for your clients.

Bailey was very patient, kind and helpful. She’s definitely worthy of praise for the excellent manner in which she treats her patients. The rest of the staff was great as well. Everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable while the overall visit experience was professional and efficient. I’ll definitely be back and refer anyone in need of their expertise.

Dr. Pierini was wonderful not to mention he is BEAUTIFUL! Well come on that helps when you are in pain and looking for help. He gave me very clear information as to what I have and not what I thought that I had. He guided me to other people that can continue my care in the goal of making me feel better and more productive. Going back!!

I would like everyone to dr Joel b. Dacus D.P.m. bsc is the best foot doctor. I was in really bad pain. He knew exactly what to do with it. Now I’m back up and going. Thank you very much

Dr. Parr is the GREATEST podiatrist, he has been treating my Mother and we just love his Positive and Upbeat energy, he’s also very knowledgeable and I highly recommend him... The office staff is wonderful as well as the MA’s being very attentive. Waiting area is always clean and might I add the restrooms are always always clean.....

I was very pleased with this office. Everyone from the front desk to the assistant for the Dr are great people. Dr Daniel Pierini has great bedside manners and is not rushed. He listens to you and lets you know what we will be doing and why. Definitely recommend them! 😊 …

This office is full of really nice people. I had an appointment at 9 AM and they had just opened. Rachel and GiGi were there at the front office and had the most incredible vibe and energy for it being 9 AM. Marissa helped me get paperwork for my job regarding a note, Kyle helped as well. My HR department is seriously strict about paperwork and I must’ve called and annoyed them 10 times. They were so patient with me. The doctor here is really great, but it’s the office staff that have made this the only place I’m coming for foot and ankle problems ever again. Thanks you guys!
